It is important to identify the basic job information and any specific requirements for the role. Be aware of current legislation and consider this when putting together the job spec.
Include job title, salary as basic and then OTE if necessary.
Benefits package. Type of education experience levels. Be aware that 5 years experience as a typist may not be anymore important than 1 years experience. Do not always consider time in but look at skills and ability and the fit of the individual.
